Whom we are looking for?
Our Telesales function is definitely the most important function at Clinicexpert for being the main drive of our business. Therefore, we always make sure to hire people who are enthusiastic about sales and who possess a confident personality and the ability/potential to convince leads whenever selling our services to them.
The ideal candidate for this role should be able to fluently or native communicate in Turkish
He/She should be able to handle a target driven role and willing to interact with leads over the phone. Furthermore, and due to our multicultural environment, we always look for people having a high cultural sensitivity and open-mindedness.
Although candidates with previous background in sales are preferred, we would also welcome people from different background but who are highly passionate about the role and having the potential to excel in it.
